Elodie

Before I started working with people one to one, I spent more than 13 years running complex projects: project management, strategy, team coordination and change management. That included projects for Canal+ and Orange, then work with entrepreneurs in Martinique.

Those years came before my current practice and were not therapeutic work. Above all, they taught me to observe before drawing conclusions and to bring structure to what feels messy.

They also taught me to spot the gaps between what people say and what they do, to clarify what actually needs deciding, and to see a change through to the end.

I then retrained to work with people and qualified in Neuro-Linguistic Programming. Today I bring those skills to what plays out in relationships and personal decisions.
